ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges, because our guides are digital downloads you can access instantly. Not getting the results you hoped for is not grounds for a refund. If you can't download or open your guide, email us and we'll help you get access.
Discounts and promotions offered after your purchase don't apply to past orders. We may change our prices at any time before you place an order.
Our products are guides in PDF format. Nothing physical is shipped. After payment, your download link appears on screen and is sent to the email address you give at checkout. Please check that your email address is correct and let us know quickly if anything in your order confirmation looks wrong.
Orders are processed by Payhip, and card payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal. We never see or store your full card details. By paying, you authorize the charge for your order. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorized use.
